Thank you for choosing to host your birthday event at the Drafthouse. By completing deposit payment you agree to the following:

________ Event Rental Time: The agreed rental period is 3 hours in total, including set up and break down (theater access to theater empty). No access will be allowed prior to the rental period. Additional time may be approved by the Arlington Drafthouse for a fee of $150/hr or $75 per half hour if schedule can accommodate such request.

________ Cancellation Policy - The deposit of $350 is non-refundable. If the date is cancelled or changed by the renter for any reason the full deposit and processing fee will be forfeited.

________ Condition of space: The rental space will be delivered in a clean and acceptable condition. The below cleaning fee will be based on the appearance of the theater upon the completion of the event.

________ Incidentals: A credit card will be held for final payment and any incidentals including up to a $150 cleaning fee based on the condition of the space after conclusion of the event. This also includes destruction of furniture or equipment due to misuse. (i.e. Excessive popcorn or food on the ground or in carpet will result in an additional cleaning fee. All damages on premise including but not limited to tables and chairs from misuse).

________ Supervision: Appropriate adult supervision will be provided by you, the renter.

________ Stage/Screen: At no point will ANYONE be allowed on, under or around the stage & screen. Any persons on stage will immediately forfeit the rental.

________ Decorations: Please inquire for approval of all decoration prior to event date. Balloons must be weighted to remain out of ceiling. Items NOT allowed: Confetti, Gum, Feather Boas, Tape on walls, glue, table candles, glitter, party poppers.

________ Outside Catering Fee: We charge a $75 service fee for all outside catering. This includes table set-up/break down and disposal of all trash. The fee includes utensils, napkins & plates.
